I have been a student of psychology for nearly twenty-five years, most of those years spent in South Africa. During the last twenty years, I have been actively involved in various forms of spiritual and emotional counselling, personality profiling, training and motivational speaking. Most of my training and study took place in South Africa where I worked with well respected professionals
Our family moved to Lee on Solent, Hampshire, UK in 1997. In order to get accreditation in the UK I obtained a GQHP (General Qualification Hypnotherapy Practice) through the European College of Hypnotherapy – one of the top accrediting colleges in the UK and am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Council. I have diplomas in Hypnosis in Childbirth, Agape Therapy, Pastoral Counselling, EFT, Nutritional Therapy, Regression therapy, including Life-Between-Lives Regression, Nutritional Therapy, Emergency Hypnosis, and am a certified Specialist in OCD and Anxiety disorders. I began my studies on nutrition when doctors could not do anything for my baby daughter's eczema except give her more and more cortisone ointments. I discovered she had an allergy to certain colourants, and from then on took far more notice of what we ate. I began to study nutrition more seriously and have recently updated my Nutritional Therapy diploma. I am continually studying and keep abreast with the latest research. I also have a background in business ownership and management; and enjoy a variety of creative pursuits, including painting watercolours and pottery. In August 2006, I opened my second Hypnotherapy and counselling practice, located in New Malden, serving Surrey, Middlesex, London SW, Wimbledon, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Surbiton, and Richmond. The Fareham, Hampshire practice will remain open.

My three children are the delight of my life. They were all home educated to GCSE level before going to college, and the youngest, 16, has started college a year early to do her A levels.
