After many years of intensive study and clinical practice, I realised it was time to put my most effective teachings and techniques into a more structured workshop format.

Personal Therapy

Available in Twickenham, Woking and Fareham. We will work together to create the outcome you want. I believe that my clients know themselves better than I ever will, and they already have all the answers within their subconcious minds. My job is to help find them and to provide tools to use in every day life to maintain a healthy and motivated mind.

Whether it is a lack of confidence, emotional trauma, childhood abuse, relationship issue or any other of the many problems life throws at us, there is a way to heal, accept or create a new way of being.

I am a trained specialist in hypnosis for anxiety disorders, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorders), and also have extensive experience in counselling and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) therapy for emotional healing, bereavement, depression, relationship and confidence issues.

Anger Management? Stress? Lack of confidence? No problem! Want to stop smoking easily? I use a combination of EFT and Hypnotherapy - it works! When you come to me for therapy, you and I will work proactively together. I may use Hypnosis, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching, counselling, EFT , nutrition (nutritional therapy), Energy Healing (similar to Reiki), or simply counselling in order to help you to understand yourself better. We will choose, together, the best method to help YOU.
